Categories: software

This will render all our team voicemails – transcribing  – if only we adapted the technology already present in our software.

Saves Time

“What was the number that the customer said?” No More of those annoying and time consuming “Press 1 to repeat this message, Press 2 to delete this message” Voicemail transcription technology was available 2 year ago, and this could have saved those 20+ voicemails we have to listen to and transcribe manually every day.

Tracks volume?

How many voicemails have you received today? No more counting each notepad entry – it’s all in your inbox, automatically. Mailbox full messages will be a thing of the past

Provides reports?

How many needs follow up? How many did you call back? Check.

Technology Available?

Got Exchange Server 2010 running? Pair that up with Outlook 2010 and you’ve got a winner.

Will we see it implemented?

That’s another story.

I read somewhere that Windows 7’s costs savings alone can pay for the upgrades from Windows XP (power + security + features + performance gains); we can say the same thing for Office – if we just use their features.
