Remote Torrent Management (part 1)
Categories: web

I download most of my torrents off a remote server location where the internets are free and roam around the farmland. I just go once or twice a week to load everything to my portable hdd, and go on my merry way.

Here’s how to manage your remote torrents with ease.

Remote Queuing

Remote Management

  • uTorrent WebUI – uTorrent in your browser
  • uTorrent WebUI Iphone App (Cydia) – uTorrent in your iPhone

How to make it all work together

Show RSS creates a personalized feed for you where you choose which tv shows. Create a username, choose your tv shows, and generate your “Personal Feed”. Copy that feed address over and paste it into the RSS option of uTorrent

Note – Feed refresh is slower, as you’ll see the EZTV feed with your show, but your ShowRSS feed isn’t showing up that torrent file yet, sometimes you wait a few minutes, sometimes a few hours – but you’ll eventually get it.

Here’s my feed in case you want to check it out -http://showrss.karmorra.info/rss.php?user_id=23653&hd=null&proper=null

uTorrent’s RSS feed management works great, dead simple, and does everything you need. Once you’ve loaded your personal RSS feed – right click on the feed, and choose “Automatically downlaod all items published in feed”
